Capabilities

J&H Equipment uses some of the most advanced capabilities and technologies for fabrication of our machines and parts.  Items are cut using any one of five computer controlled laser cutters and automated loader which, as shown above, allows lasers to work through the night when scheduling demands it.  Plate thickness from gauge  to 1″ can be cut into any shape required.

In addition to laser cutters, other support equipment includes CNC: shears, band saws, punches, milling machines, and four computer controlled press breaks.

Also in use are two state of the art robotic fusion welders for high quality repetitive precision welds.  These are particularly good for fabricating large quantities of identical components, such as the steel buckets for our bucket elevators.
