Automatic Sampler

The J&H Automatic Sampler enables users to test the quality of dry bulk product by taking a sample from a falling stream of material. The compact design incorporates a low-maintenance drive system with no critical components exposed. The automatic sampler features a heavy-duty, double flange gear box coupled with a mill and chemical “C” face motor.

The J&H Automatic Sampler collects sample material in a cup that rotates through the falling stream of material. The sample is then discharged into a container and the cup returns to its original, shielded position until the next sample is initiated. Production is not interrupted during sampling process.

Sample frequency and quantity are adjustable to fit specific sampling needs. Sample intervals can be set to any point between 2 and 30 minutes.
