Conveying Feeder

In plant layouts where vertical space is a challenge, J&H has developed the conveying feeder that uses lower frequency 900 RPM vibrator motors to help convey material down shallow angle troughs.  The feed inlet flange is the same size as the screen discharge flange.  Since the entire feeder is being vibrated by the drive motors, flexible connections are used to make the short connection to the screen and crusher chute.

Rubber buffers developed by J&H optimized the movement of the feeder while isolating the vibration from the plant structure.   Full width covers provide complete access to the interior of the feeder for inspection and maintenance.

The conveying Feeders are perfect for oversize material from the primary screens to crushers on the level below.
