From the very beginning of J&H nearly forty five years ago, all products designed and developed by J&H (and particularly our screens and feeders) have had strict adherence to the ideas of standardization and modular fabrication. In the short term, this translates into consistent high quality of fabrication and cost control. In the long term, even as manufacturing technology has changed and our products have evolved and improved, many components of our newest screen machines will correspond with the same components of our older products. Hold dimensions and bolt hole patterns are carefully conserved which allows older equipment to be upgraded with the J&H conversion kits.
J&H has a full line of upgrade conversion kits, so that it is possible to take a MOD I screen machine up to a MOD III screen machine, our latest design. We can also convert some of our competitor’s designs that are similar to J&H screens to upgrade to a new modern J&H screen. Even our upgrade kits are modular. You can do a full conversion, or upgrade structural parts of the screens like the bridges, or you can simply upgrade some of the more functional parts of the screen like the vibrating motor drive system. If you have an older style J&H Screen or a screen that you would like to upgrade to a J&H Screen, please contact your local J&H Representative.
And if you are thinking about purchasing a new screen or screen feeder today, be confident in the knowledge that your machine can be supported and upgraded for forty years or more to come.
