We are looking for passionate individuals with minerals, fertilizers, sand, and granular processing equipment sales experience to help grow our network of dealers and customers. With the growing market we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with industry sales experience.

Our patented “tuned suspension system” has benefited the industry and has created a high demand for our screening machines among frac sand, fertilizer, and granular processing operations nationwide.

SUMMARY

  • J&H Equipment, Inc. expects an Independent Sales Representative (“Sales Rep”) to use all available resources to grow J&H Equipment’s market share within an exclusive territory, primarily through two methods.
    • Encouraging local process equipment dealers to become Non-Exclusive J&H Equipment Dealers and promoting direct sales of all products in J&H Equipment product line.
    • Using experience and known contacts to introduce J&H and its benefits to end users and or procurement/engineering firms.
    • The Sales Rep executes the Sales Process from prospecting to Purchase Order with the support of the J&H team.

DUTY

  • Increase J&H Equipment market share within territory.
  • Maintain working relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on market conditions within territory.
  • Find new customers, qualify opportunities, work with J&H inside sales associates and close sales.

SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Rep with established network.
  • Proven ability to understand and execute Sales Process and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
